OTC 2025: DPC Participates in Business Mission in Houston

Company attends the Offshore Technology Conference annually to keep up with trends and innovations in energy market

DPC took part in the Offshore Technology Conference – OTC 2025, held from May 5 to 8 in Houston, USA. Recognized as one of the largest offshore energy trade shows, OTC brought together leading figures and companies that set the trends and innovations in this market.

Luciana Uchôa, President of DPC, represented the company on the mission, joining the Brazilian delegation—the largest international group at the conference. In addition to supporting the Brazil Pavilion, Luciana attended side events and participated in meetings that strengthened connections with renowned specialists and executives in the field.

“OTC has been an opportunity for us to engage with key topics in the sector, which broadens our vision and enhances our capabilities to serve our extensive client network in the oil, gas, and energy sectors. Moreover, being part of the Brazilian delegation alongside major players is always a privilege,” stated Luciana Uchôa.

This edition saw a record number of Brazilian participants—15% higher than in previous years, with nearly a thousand attendees. Among the highlights was the ongoing reliance on oil, which demands the industry’s focus on CO₂ reduction and technological advancements for decarbonization.

The DPC president took part in various side events, including: WPower Meeting Houston, organized by Zoom Out; the 7th Brazilian Gathering, promoted by FGV Energia; Brazil Energy Meeting, a partnership between Zoom Out and Bratecc; Brazil Energy Breakfast, hosted by Bratecc; and a dinner organized by Firjan.

Through this mission, DPC reaffirms its commitment to keeping pace with the energy sector’s evolution, always focused on delivering accounting, tax, financial, and labor solutions aligned with the needs of its national and multinational clients.
