Provisional Measure No. 1.046 of 2021 - End of term

Declaratory Act CN No. 61, of September 22, 2021 (published on the Federal Official Journal on September 23, 2021) ends the validity term of Provisional Measure No. 1.046, of April 27, 2021, which provides for labor measures to face a public health emergency of international importance due to coronavirus (covid-19), on September 7, 2021.

Provisional Measure No. 1.046 had provisions related to the following items:

I - teleworking;

II - anticipation of individual vacation;

III - granting of collective vacation;

IV - use and anticipation of holidays;

V - compensatory time;

VI - suspension of administrative requirements in occupational safety and health; and

VII - deferral of payment of the Guarantee Fund for Length of Service (Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Serviço - FGTS).
