Domingues e Pinho Contadores celebrates 36 years

Domingues e Pinho Contadores completes, on April 2, 36 years of history. Founded in 1984, the company maintains offices in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Macaé, where a total of 550 employees work.

“The determination, strength and unity of our talents have allowed us to achieve all this time in the market and respect for our brand in the business world”, says Manuel Domingues e Pinho, DPC's director president.

Overcoming challenges is also part of the trajectory of such a long-standing business. The company faced several crises, currency exchanges, critical political periods throughout its existence, but nothing compares to the current moment, when, like any other business, DPC is impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

In a demonstration of competence and organization, a task force under the coordination of the Crisis Committee transformed, in just a few days, the entire face-to-face operation of the offices into a home office. “Our technological readiness was essential for a quick response, placing 100% of employees working at home, safely”, highlighted Pinho.

The focus is on the health of people and also on the business of clients. "The transition to remote work guarantees the continuity of our activities and allows us to fulfill our role of helping to maintain thousands of companies and, therefore, jobs", he added.

DPC director president is committed to overcoming the difficulties imposed by the current scenario. “This crisis is going to be overcome! Later on, we will look back with an important chapter in our history written in conjunction with our talents”.

In 36 years, DPC has invested in improving its processes and diversifying its services. Today, the company offers countless accounting, tax, labor and social security solutions, with a qualified team at the head of each sector and constantly updating.

In such a disruptive moment, the anniversary celebration will have something new: a live. The presidency prepares a live broadcast to speak to employees who are in the home office, giving them a message of thanks and motivation.
