DPC presents the Transparency and Gender Pay Equity Report – 2st Semester 2025

In line with the goal of promoting equal opportunities in the corporate environment, Domingues e Pinho Contadores announces the results of the Transparency and Gender Pay Equity Report for Women and Men – 2st Semester 2025.

The document shows that, at the DPC office in Rio de Janeiro, among 358 employees with CLT contracts:

• Women make up the majority of the total workforce, representing 61%. Men account for 39% of the staff.
• In terms of sex and race/color breakdown, the numbers are: 30% of women who are not Black; 31% of Black women; 22% of men who are not Black; 17% of Black men.
• The median salary for women is 103% of the amount received by men. Meanwhile, the average monthly salary for women is 106,1% of the amount received by men.

The disclosure is in compliance with Law No. 14.611/2023, which addresses Salary Equality and Remuneration Criteria between Women and Men.

By publishing this report, DPC reinforces its ongoing commitment to valuing people, promoting gender equity, and fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment.

Note:

• The pay gap highlighted in the report is due to the proportionality of women in relation to men. In practice, there is pay equity, with no gender pay gap for the same position.
• The report does not include information about executives and managers due to the internal model adopted by DPC, where these positions are held by partners, who do not fall under the criteria for the composition of the document.
• No information is presented regarding mid-level technicians, as there are no professionals with this qualification in our staff.
• The report also does not include information about workers in operational activities, as this is not related to the company's economic activity.
