eSocial: events that would be mandatory in January 2020 will be extended
On 12/05/2019, at the eSocial Portal was disclosed that the eSocial obligation schedule that establishes the reporting of payroll events for Group 3 (micro and small companies, MEI, individual employers and non-profit entities), Occupational Safety and Health at Work - OSH events for Group 1 (companies earning revenues greater than BRL 78 million), as well as the events of public agencies and international organizations will be postponed.
Until then, these obligations should initiated in January 2020, but the new dates were not established, which requires a follow-up of the case in the coming weeks. As soon as possible, we will release a new communicate.
