RJ establishes the Feef payment will be until 2020
The publication of the Law No. 7,659/2017 in the Official Gazette of the State of Rio Grande do Sul on August 25, 2017 changed the legislation governing the State Fund for Fiscal Balance (Feef).
Through this new act, the FeeF had its term extended until Dec-31-2020.
Moreover, Article 3 of Law 7,428/2016 was repealed, which brought the possibility to taxpayers entirety enjoy the benefits already granted when the current quarter-year revenues compared to the same last quarter-year were increased in nominal terms.
