Updated the rules for the simplification of companies’ legalization

CGSIM Resolution No. 68, of March 23, 2022 – (published in the Federal Official Journal on March 25, 2022) – The Committee for the Management of the National Network for the Simplification of Registration and Legalization of Companies and Businesses – CGSIM has updated the rules for simplifying the legalization of companies. CGSIM Resolutions No. 51, of June 11, 2019; and No. 55, of March 23, 2020, were amended.
