Zero Litigation: deadline for applications extended to July 31
Published in an extra edition of the Official Gazette of May 31, PGFN/RFB Joint Ordinance No. 8/2023 extended the deadline for applications for the Program for Reduction of Tax Litigation (PRLF), also known as "Zero Litigation", which provides for special conditions in the negotiation of tax-related debts under administrative dispute.
The deadline for joining the program, originally set to end on May 31, 2023, has been extended to July 31, 2023, 7 p.m. (Brasilia time - BRT) Applications must be made by filing a digital process on the Virtual Service Center (e-CAC Portal).
The extension meets the demands of accounting professionals, who requested more time due to problems faced when filing applications on account of instabilities in the system.
