DCTFWeb submission is postponed for Group 3

The starting date for submitting the obligation was moved from July to October 2021

In Normative Instruction RFB No. 2.038, published on the Federal Official Journal on July 9, the Federal Revenue Office postponed DCTFWeb's delivery period, which was July 2021, to October 2021. This change affects eSicial's Group 3, which comprises companies which opted for Simples Nacional, individual micro entrepreneurs (MEI), individual employers, except domestic employers, and exempt and immune entities. It also includes companies from Group 2 of eSocial which have not yet submitted DCTFWeb.

This means that taxes resulting from taxable transactions that occur after 10/01/2021 must be presented in DCTFWeb, delivered by 11/15/2021. Since November 15 is a national holiday, the obligation is anticipated to the previous business day, November 12, 2021.
