DPC releases Transparency and Gender Pay Equity Report – 2st Semester 2026

In line with its commitment to promoting equal opportunities in the workplace, Domingues e Pinho Contadores is releasing the results of its Transparency and Gender Pay Equity Report for Women and Men – 1st Semester 2026.

The report indicates that, at DPC’s Rio de Janeiro office, considering a total of 335 employees under CLT (Brazilian Labor Code) contracts:

Women make up the majority of the workforce, accounting for 61.2%, while men account for 38.8%.

When broken down by sex and race/ethnicity, the distribution is as follows: 30,7% non-Black women; 30,4% Black women; 20,6% non-Black men; 18,2% Black men.

The median wage for women is 106.3% of men’s wages. The average monthly pay for women is 106.2% of men’s average pay.

This disclosure complies with the provisions of Law No. 14,611/2023, which establishes rules regarding pay equity and compensation criteria between women and men.

Through the periodic publication of these results, DPC reinforces its commitment to valuing its people, promoting gender equity, and building a work environment that is increasingly inclusive, respectful, and guided by equal opportunity.

Notes:

• The pay gap highlighted in the report is due to the proportionality of women in relation to men. In practice, there is pay equity, with no gender pay gap for the same position.
• The report does not include information about executives and managers due to the internal model adopted by DPC, where these positions are held by partners, who do not fall under the criteria for the composition of the document.
