End of additional 10% of FGTS for termination without cause
The Law 13,932/2019, published on Dec-12-2019, brought changes to labor and tax legislation. Among the changes in the provisions, we highlight the end of 10% of social contribution due by employers in case of termination without a cause, established by the Complementary Law 110/2001.
As of January 2020, this contribution will be extinguished and companies will no longer be required to its payment.
