Hacktudo: technology and artificial intelligence in DPC's aim
Digital culture festival generates positive impacts for society, while also in line with DPC's moment
Supporting an initiative that promotes social inclusion and values innovation and technology. This was DPC's motivation to encourage one of the main digital culture festivals in the country, Hacktudo.
Proposing a disruptive vision, with a set of free technological knowledge and entertainment attractions, the event reaches thousands of children, young people and adults.
William Pinho, leader of DPC's Labtech team, explains that the decision to unite the brand with Hacktudo is also related to the moment of the company, which is taking a prominent position in an accounting market undergoing a wide digital transformation.
“In line with the changes and trends in the world today, this project creates positive impact for society, while being completely in line with our premises”, explains Pinho.
Strengthening the technological performance and offering innovative solutions to clients was the reason why DPC created Labtech, a sector dedicated to the development of systems and technologies that employ artificial intelligence and routine robotization (RPA).
About HACKTUDO
The 2021 edition of Hacktudo was planned in a hybrid format.
The traditional Hackathons were held virtually from October 15 to 24. Altogether, the competitions distribute more than BRL 70 thousand in prizes.
On November 6 and 7, the audience will be able to watch, in person, at Cidade das Artes, attractions such as: drone races, robot battles, workshops, exhibitions, inventions related to the maker culture, among other free activities.
By supporting the festival, DPC joins brands such as Petrobras, Clear Corretora, OLX Brasil, BNY Mellon, among other encouraging companies.
Parallel to the event, there will be the exhibition “I.A. Irreversível. Agora.”, which also has DPC's support and sponsorship. Aiming to demystify and bring the visitor closer to the new technology of Artificial Intelligence, the exhibition also seeks to stimulate reflective thinking about its direction.
