The DCTFWeb (Statement of Federal Tax Debits and Credits of Social Security and Other Entities and Funds) for October 2021 must be sent by November 12 and, starting from this month, more taxpayers are included in this process that replaces the GFIP submission.

The DCTFWeb mandatory process has been taking place gradually. Today, companies from Group 1 and part of Group 2 of eSocial already provide monthly information regarding the statement.
Companies that do not meet the stipulated deadline or submit errors or omissions will be subject to penalties. Failure to submit the DCTFWeb, besides resulting in fines, prevents the taxpayer from getting a Tax Clearance Certificate.
