Salary Transparency Report: companies have until February 28 to submit information
Requirement applies to companies with 100 or more employees

Companies with 100 or more employees must submit data to the Emprega Brasil Portal by February 28 to be included in the first cycle of the 2026 Salary Transparency and Remuneration Criteria Report.
In addition to being based on information reported by companies to eSocial, the report must also include actions that have been adopted by employers to promote salary equity in the corporate environment.
It is worth noting that even companies that have already submitted this information in previous editions must fill it out again. This obligation complies with the Gender Pay Equal Law, enacted in 2023 by the Federal Government
Based on the information provided, the Ministry of Labor and Employment will prepare individual reports for each company in March. Employers will then have until March 31 to widely disclose the results obtained in this cycle.

Penalty for non-compliance
If the requirements are not met, the administrative penalty can be up to 3% of the company's payroll, with a limit of 100 minimum wages, in addition to the penalties applicable in cases of wage discrimination and remuneration criteria.
