The Federal Revenue of Brazil published the RFB Executive Declaratory Act 1/2019, on February 19, 2019, informing that the refunding determined from the Individual Income Tax Statement related to 2019 - 2019 DIRPF (calendar year 2018) will be provided into 7 lots shared between June and December 2019.
The refundable amount will be made available to the taxpayer at the bank branch indicated at 2019 DIRPF, according to the schedule below:

However, note that these deadlines do not apply to the statements retained for analysis as of inconsistencies in the information.
In addition, the priority of refunds will be by the 2019 DIRPF filing order. However, taxpayers under priorities recognized by the Law will be favored.
