Pert and PRR had their deadlines extended

The Tax Settlement Special Program (Programa Especial de Regularização Tributária - “Pert”) and the Rural Tax Settlement Program (Programa de Regularização Tributária Rural - “PRR”) had their deadline for joining extended in the Extra Edition of the Official Gazette of Sep-29-2017.

Pert

The Provisional Measure 804 extends to Oct-31-2017 the deadline for joining the Tax Settlement Special Program.

The Pert covers tax and non-tax nature debts with the Federal Revenue of Brazil and the National Treasury General Attorney, due until Apr-30-2017, and earlier installments object terminated or active, whether administratively or in court discussion.

PRR

The Rural Tax Settlement Program had their joining deadline extended until Nov-30-2017.

The PRR covers debts related to social security contributions of 2% and 0.1%, levied on gross revenue from production sale, due by rural producers and individuals acquiring rural production, up to April 30, assessed or not, recorded or not in Union Active Debt, including the object of terminated or active earlier installments, whether administratively or in court discussion, or from filing after August 1.
